Our Story
We founded eLearning Mentors on a simple belief: Training should resolve an organisation’s problem without being boring. With over 20 years in training in development and seeing countless businesses with valuable knowledge stuck in Power points slides so we knew there has to be a better way. Our mission is to transform your expertise into engaging and custom built eLearning that delivers measurable results.

Learning & Development Professionals
The team of L&D professionals work with the client understanding the problem that is to be tackled by the training. They are the “architects” of the learning experience, ensuring it is effective and relevant. They go through the powerpoints, your job aids, work instructions, safe method work statements, policies and procedures to see how we could possibly build the best elearning solution. They act as a bridge between the client’s content and the designers’ creativity. Once they are happy with how the elearning achieves learning objectives they forward the content to the design team.
Design Team
We have Graphic designers who are different from the course designers; our graphic designers work on building the training assets such as introductory videos, adding logos to the Photos and pictures we receive from the client. They also help us scale-up the graphics so when they are used into the authoring tools they do not get pixelated. The eLearning design team meanwhile start creating the lesson plans, the sections and modules, placeholders for knowledge and quizzes. The whole design team brings the instructional strategy to life using interactive elements, visuals, and animations and taking care of any accessibility needs e.g. dyslexia, autistic cohort, short attention span syndrome. They use tools like Canva, Articulate 360, Narakeet etc to convert your static power point slide deck into an interactive eLearning.
Once the eLearning is ready to be reviewed as the initial draft, they organise the link to be sent over to the client. The client goes through it and records any comments. Once the comments are resolved, this goes onto the testing phase. Making sure all the interactions work well both on the computer screen and the mobile phones. The SCORM file is then sent over to the client so they can host it on their learning management system.
